About

Adventurous at heart.
Bringing real-world insight to every itinerary.
Meet Lynda
I became a travel advisor in 2019 while working full time, driven by curiosity about what it really takes to work in the travel industry and plan unforgettable trips.
I passed my TICO certification, joined an agency that offered supportive “boot camp” training, and started building a business grounded in customer service, knowledge, and real experience. I am a member of ACTA (Association of Canadian Travel Agencies & Agents), and a proud holder of multiple specialist certifications, including Aussie Specialist. I continue to attend conferences where I keep contact with the many suppliers and tour operators that I work with.
Today, I’m retired and help couples, groups, solo travelers, and fellow active retirees turn their travel dreams into smooth, meaningful journeys — with none of the stress.

Explorer
I believe a great advisor needs boots on the ground — so I travel often – or as much as I can. My adventures began way back in time with a trip after graduating high school, to Lake Louise, Alberta to be a ski bum for the season, after which my girlfriend and I headed further west where we stayed for the summer in Gibson’s BC. I got a job at Ken’s Lucky Dollar and worked for the summer. It was right across the street from Molly’s Reach and often the crew would come in to buy a pie or some other “prop” for the set of the show. Ultimately I moved back east and went back to school, but not before traveling back and forth from east to west about 13 times, including a summer working for a land survey company working on the Smith Dorrien Highway behind Canmore. What a great summer that was.
More recently, through FAM trips and personal travel, I’ve explored Australia, Mexico, Europe, Turkey, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and USA.
I’ve cycled through Europe, taken the train through Australia, gone on safari in the Serengeti, rose above the earth in a balloon ride in Turkey (and Tanzania) and even road-tripped across six countries in a SpongeBob-themed camper van with my family. Now that was a family memory making trip for sure.
Every destination I visit helps me better guide yours.

Your Story, The Why
Travel is about more than ticking boxes — it’s about connection, memory-making, and saying “yes” while you can.
One of the most meaningful trips I’ve ever planned was for a family wanting one last vacation together. That experience reminded me why I do this work: because travel matters.
Whether it’s a biking trip through Portugal, exploring Iceland, a family ski vacation at Club Med Charlevoix in Quebec or an all-inclusive in the Caribbean, I bring experience, empathy, and attention to detail to every itinerary.
